Margarita (Rita) Golden, Esq., is a seasoned real estate attorney representing clients in residential and commercial transactions. Rita also represents clients in landlord-tenant matters as well as all aspects of general corporate and business law.  Rita graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, with concentrations in intellectual property and litigation. Through her academic studies as well as a prestigious summer associate position with Hannes Snellman, and as a legal intern for Sony Music Entertainment, she perfected her writing and negotiating skills, all of which are extremely useful in representing her clients today. 

Rita also acted as of counsel associate for Perkins & Associates, where she represented high net worth clients, commercial investors, and emerging developers in the Jersey City area, just to name a few. 

Prior to entering law school, Rita worked for JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA, in the home finance department, commandeering the home mortgage process for the bank's clients and employees.

Rosa Conti, Esq is an established Attorney with more than twenty years’ experience practicing residential real estate and commercial transactional law. Persuasive and resourceful, with strong negotiating skills and oral and written communication, she also has a background in landlord-tenant law, wills and estates, guardianship and adoption.

After graduating from Seton Hall Law School, Rosa clerked for the Honorable John J. Callahan in Union County Superior Court, Elizabeth, New Jersey. During her one-year clerkship she co-authored the Judge’s Seton Hall Law School classroom workbook covering family law, the Domestic Violence Act, Division of Youth and Family Services case law and non-dissolution cases.

Since completing her clerkship, she’s concentrated on practicing commercial and residential transactional law.

Rosa’s legal experience is rounded out by her participation as a past Officer of the Woman Lawyers of Union County, past member of the Union County Ethics Committee, past Mediator for the Essex County Foreclosure Mediation Program and current member of the Hudson-Bergen Real Estate/Transactional Inn of Court. She has worked for two Title Companies during her legal career, as a Settlement Agent for ALTOR Abstract Title Company in Ramsey, New Jersey and All Ahead Title Company in Red Bank, New Jersey. She also spent almost three years in litigation successfully defending a foreclosure fraud client through the auspices of Legal Services of New Jersey.

Rosa is currently an Associate Attorney at the Golden Group, specializing in transactional law and landlord-tenant law.
